Since I discovered this oil in a restaurant some years ago, it is the only olive oil I use. I like its flavor and taste and the color too, I have been using it most everyday with Zataar and bread, for salad dressing and marinades. And I think that it’s made by people who care for their products as well as the trees and the environment. Sometimes I get a bottle of other high quality oil as a present, but personally I prefer the Perolia, to which I always return to.
